PU is a unique material that offers the elasticity of rubber combined with the toughness and durability of metal. Because urethane is available in a very broad hardness range, it can replace rubber, plastic or metal. PU has better abrasion and tearing resistance than rubbers, while offering higher load bearing capacity. When compared to plastics, PU offers superior impact resistance, while offering excellent wear properties and elastic memory. PU have replaced metals in sleeve bearings, wear plates, sprockets, rollers and various other parts, with benefits such as weight reduction, noise abatement and improved wear resistance. It's working temperature is -40° C~+80° C.

Applications of PU rod:
Mainly used as a spring and stamping tool to reducing the pressing. PU rod can also be reprocessed into a variety of seals, buffer components, and other non-standard items.
